Welcome to Exotic Bird Rescue of Oregon, a 501 c 3 organization. Our mission is not only to provide safe haven for birds
in need but to seek proper placement for them through a variety of avenues. Another major mission of our organization is
that of education, both of the potential and current bird owning public as well as the public in general. Please enjoy our

New Foster or Adoptive Homes Needed!

Elvira is an African Ringneck. She is looking for a new foster home that has time to
give her the love and attention she deserves. Please contact EBR for more information.

Teddy's foster home is moving out of state. He's a good little Quaker, very independent,
relatively quiet and like many Quakers, cage territorial. He does step up onto your hand, however. Contact EBR for more information.
New Bird in EBR!
Sassy is a beautiful, full feathered girl. She spent her first 25 years with one family,
but she became unpredictable due to her dislike of the wife. In her foster home she has proven herself adaptable and no longer
favors male or female. She's not switched entirely to pellets yet, but other than that she's a good eater. She's still shy
and nippy, but she is now stepping up on a branch and when she's away from her cage, she readily cuddles and likes scritches
on the beak. Like all birds, she loves to be talked to. She also likes to climb around outside her cage, and she likes playing
tug-o-war. She absolutely loves getting spritzed from a spray bottle! She'll even spread her wings one at a time for you so
you don't miss any spots.
